| Can any one tell me y the back end of my 66 hops when I take off. I put traction bars on and it helped a little. Is there any thing I can do to stop it. |

There are many factors to consider when answering this question about how your pony is set-up.
I can reply by stating to you Ford answered rear end wheel hop by staging the Rear shocks. I also know 69/70 offered staged rear shocks and it may have been offered even sooner.
Staging means one shock mounts in front of the axle and the other mounts to the rear of the axle at topside. It's very common to see this type of mounting and many other manufactures today inc. Dodge Dakotas trucks.
Kits are availiable to convert to staged rear shocks for the 9in rear and prob others. Just check most any mustang parts catalogs or mustangs plus in Stockton,Ca
